Description
These are for the starship expansion project - two VCR cases epoxied together with pretty much a blank slate inside. It'll need doors.
I made six of them, and they went together pretty easily - materials used are styrene and sheet metal.

Have you ever used the bulletin board foam core material? It's got very heavy paper front and back with a core (about 3/16 or 1/4 inch thick) hard foam center. I see it at Staples and Office Depot. I understand it's very good for bulkheads, concrete walls, etc. Cuts with a sharp Ex-acto, but will destroy the blade quickly.
